Nothing can replace the hours of grind on the mat that will build your capacity in Jiu Jitsu for timing, power and endurance. We can however facilitate your development on the mats and decrease the recovery time needed between training sessions.
We can increase strength in areas that need to be well above the average punter. We can increase body awareness and improve posture suited to Jiu Jitsu. And of course we can look at recovery techniques that work for different body types ensuring we get more time on the mats and less time waiting for pain and injury to dissipate.

For a personalised Pilates conditioning or stretch programme email us your current training program, injuries, conditions, the amount of time you can dedicate to a set and the goals you are driving towards.
Includes assessment of goals and training, personalised set and a half hour one to one session to go over the set. If you are unable to attend in person a video of the set will be made to demonstrate and explain the details specific to you.
