Pilates for Golf

Pilates for Golf is for you.


Pilates is composed of exercises that develop stability, strength, flexibility and mobility.  In a game where the body is constantly torquing and twisting, the dynamic movements offered in Pilates make it the perfect addition to a golfers practice, to help prepare and protect your body. 

Kimberley is passionate about golf, and is excited about bringing you Pilates that will support your game, and well-being.

Introductory session


In your first session, we will discuss your golf goals and capabilities. We introduce the basic Pilates principles, and you will see how these fundamentals work seamlessly with golf.  By the end of the session, you will have a few exercises and stretches you can do on your own, and you’ll be off to see your game improve.

One on One sessions


Duration: 1 hour

Cost: 110 NZD

Online available.


In these sessions, you will learn exercises, stretches and movements that will contribute to a clean golf swing, and a happy, healthy golfer.  Each session is designed to reach your personal goals, and to physically equip you for the game you want to play.  These sessions bring together stability, strength, flexibility and mobility, with dynamic movements that you are guided through.
